Terms and Conditions

 

1. The design for the setup of Computer Labs / Digital Libraries are proprietary rights of LanTech Computers.  Any duplication of the same shall call for legal action.

2. All services rendered by LanTech Computers are as per terms and conditions set in the Contract Agreement.

3. Any Termination of Services with LanTech without providing reasonable reasons would results in Breach of Contract and would result in Legal Implications.

4. Staffs provided by LanTech are well scrutinized and would work under the terms and conditions mutually agreed by the Contractor and the Client.

5. Any student information provided to LanTech Computers for data processing would not be shared with any Third Party.
